Basil

Basil, also known as Saint Joseph's Wort, is an herb belonging to the mint family. It is used as in cooking and may have some health benefits.

Basil's proposed benefits include reducing inflammation, and it is said to have anti-aging and antibacterial properties.


Thai Basil

Thai basil is a type of basil native to Southeast Asia that has been cultivated to provide distinctive traits. Widely used throughout Southeast Asia, its flavor, described as anise- and licorice-like and slightly spicy, is more stable under high or extended cooking temperatures than that of sweet basil.

Dill is an annual herb in the celery family Apiaceae. It is the only species in the genus Anethum. Dill is widely grown in Eurasia where its leaves and seeds are used as a herb or spice for flavouring food.
